The Pink Ladies Cancer Support Group value the role of carers, whom we recognise as our Communities 'Unsung Heros'
Our Carers Support Group Project H.U.G.S (Help Us Get Stronger), established in June 2016 is open to all carers both Male and Female who are or have cared for someone with a life limiting illness, we also give support and advice to young carers.
What we do
- One to one Peer Support/Listening Ear
- Monthly Support Meetings on the 1st Thursday of each month
- Coffee Morning (Various Venues across the DCSDC area)
- Benefits Advice
- Social Activities/Outing
- Holistic Therapy & Counselling Support
- Health & Well-being Programmes
